This included Esperanza Academy (a charter middle and high school), a successful K-5 cyber charter school, mortgage counseling, a Christian college, a community development corporation, and workforce training programs. The organization was in the midst of a $6 million capital campaign to fund a performing arts and technology center, a digital media production facility, and a conference center that will eventually be available to the public.
What better time for Sage to come in and strengthen Esperanza’s messaging. It was diffuse and in need of refreshing, especially as the organization began a new fundraising campaign for its upcoming major projects. Sage believed that every message Esperanza sent was a chance for its donors, supporters, and participants to connect with its mission. They also sought guidance to tell Esperanza’s story in a more compelling way to bring Philadelphians to its transforming neighborhood. Sage partnered with Esperanza to use strategic communications to advance its mission and increase its capacity to do its work well.
